I have been going to this dentist for about 5 years and was satisfied until recently. They are now adding fees my insurance will not pay.
I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I was over charged and it took 2 months to get the overcharge back with lots of meaningless reasons why they couldn't give it back. I was also charged an extra BS fee they never charged before on my last visit. I am done there and I will have to find another dentist. The chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I understand they're busy, but I'm not keen when my appointment time is changed I work days and there not open on weekends. I have in the past made an appointment, and its usually postponed at least a week. I want to know upfront what they are doing and what there going to bill me for and how much its going to cost me not after I get the bill in the mail this is very important to me I wish to know what am I going to be charged and why, tell me before and not after I have any work is done can this to much to ask? If a Dentist does any extra x rays tell me first if your going to do a procedure let me know what is going to happen before I"m in the chair and not when I'm sitting in the chair. If they were to say I'm bull carping here let them I'm the one who had the experience why would I fib maybe if there reading this they will look into this matter and make sure this does not happen, if there upset oh well. I will say this is a good Dentist and have sent my friends to see the Dr yet these are the areas I was not pleased.

I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

This has been our family dentist for 17 years. Everyone in the office is outstanding and they make us feel like family. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place and wouldn't trade it for anywhere else.
