Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know!

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

I had a tooth that had a root canal and very large fill on top that worked for over 8 years. I didn't have insurance to crown, but I got insurance and saw Dr. Higgins where I was first mis-quoted to the tune of $500 then billed for a gold crown when mine was porcelain, then the crown ended up giving me a lot of pain in the first week due to light 'contact', meaning it wasn't close enough to the back tooth and food was shoving into the gum and under and around the crown. He did offer to replace it but when I went back for the replacement, he was unable to get the crown off due to use of some new adhesive and kept trying and drilling until he ruined the rest of my tooth! He then tried to bond a close to flat crown essentially to my dang gum! Of course it came off less than a week later and now I have no tooth and no crown - when before I saw him I had a unattractive but preserved tooth. Oh- I also have many hundreds of dollars less than when I started. The point? DO NOT GO THERE - unless you absolutely have to - which could be likely since he is one of the few accepting Denali Kid Care and somehow finagled his way into being a 'preferred provider' for Aetna...if you do go there, please just go for cleaning or simple cleanings. If you need something else - see a real dentist!!!
