Knowledgeable/professional and listens, thus giving a patient an approach to care that gives results. His team works together to provide the best care in your process, all working together to get the results you need. As a nurse, I can say that the teamwork starts with the first visit, the team that works with you before and after surgery is top notch, they give attention to you and the details, thus providing care that exceeds 5 star, the team evaluates you every step of the way, making you feel confident in your procedure and the aftercare. The therapy team that follows are absolutely in tune with Dr Sachar protocol and they follow that, still providing caring and personalized care for your needs. Each member of team educates you and answers all questions. Outstanding choice for a physician and his team, thank you!

I have seen Dr. Sachar several times over the past 5 or so years for issues with my hands. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly, his office is well organized and timely and he is very personable. Aside from being a good surgeon, I think he is genuinely a nice person. Hard to find in medicine today! I highly recommend him

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The staff is wonderful but Dr. Sachar is horrible! He did not listen, care about my amount of pain and is constantly late. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time, looked outside for a nurse and saw him texting on his phone. I waited a little longer looked out and he was still on his phone. I decided to leave. When I said it was 40 minutes past my appointment time the nurse just said " oh, ok." The Dr. could hear me but decided to just ignore that I was leaving. No apology. The worst part is my surgery did not come out well at all. I am still in a lot of pain. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! TRUST ME!
