Torn rotator cuff had surgery with dr. Mitchell, follow-up, Physical Therapy nothing helped. After 2 yrs still in pain. my insurance lapsed now he doesn't want to help me because I don't have insurance for him to Bill I feel he's a greedy individual who does not care for his patients I will never recommend dr. Mitchell or Front Range Orthopedics

I left feeling very upset and frustrated. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. & Pompous, Arrogant, Hostile, Abusive are just a few words limited due to space. This doctor doesn't know cause and effect nor has any concern for a real fix when stumped or maybe its blatant ignorance based on close minded approaches. He has the audacity to question why I was telling him the mechanism of injury when it had alot to do with understanding how this happened and it happens to be one of his questions on his portal which he didnt read or he would have got the connection. Wanted to prescribe anti inflammatories even though my information states I have ulcers and he didnt understand why that mattered so be careful with this doctor as he isnt considering your overall health especially if you have multiple health issues if your educated and ask him specifics he gets overbearing and trys to talk over you for no reason almost like a temper tantrum of a child. This doctor needs to be removed from practice and ran through classes on how to treat people with chronic pain and some anger management. I could see it in the faces of the workers there that this must happen quite a bit but everyone is scared to say anything. His 4 star rating here was padded Im sure & maybe he had a bad day?? Even so he needs to get his head in check and contact those patients he wronged and apologize then admit he was wrong and FIX his attitude, wouldnt hurt for him to take some aptitude classes to see if he is competent to continue in this field. I am thankful though to see how he acted before going under his knife. Be sure to get a full reading on this doctor and share your negative experiences on Dr. Orderia F. Mitchell to ensure others get treated correctly. If you wish to retort please do so Dr its your turn...Remember I want to see an apology, not rubbish
