It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Dr Scott entered the process in my elderly mother's cancer treatment when we were overwhelmed with bad news and underwhelmed with wise counsel. In our first meeting what impressed me was her balanced way of interpreting the tests extant and listening to our concerns and desires. She very quickly guided us to a course of treatment which was what we wanted but didn't know how to elucidate. We went from feeling a bit lost and apprehensive to confident that we had found a physician who would collaborate with us to seek the best outcome for my mother.
Besides Dr Scott who is smart and personable. The her staff is also very efficient and accessible. Front to back a great practice.
