Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I did feel pressure to use certain medications that I wasn't necessarily comfortable with. I'm not sure why I was being pressured to use these particular brands. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
