I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I worked with Dr. Lee for about a year he changed my bioidentical hormones, i started bleeding,I let him know he said he would be ok...and within 2 months i ..............I was put in hospital, for 8 days, and after 5 days i recieved emergency surgery...,,,not happy

Dr Heavrin is a great Dr. I never wanted to visit a man Gyno until I met him. He is so professional and always takes the time to listen to every question or concern I may have. He's very responsive and enthusiastic about making sure that we're treating my issues with high priority. When I haven't had insurance, he's always made sure that my needs were cared for a the lowest possible cost. He always returna my phone call as soon as possible. The staff is very pleasant except for the front desk staff. They seem more concerned with what they're having for lunch than the customer's waiting. They will let you sit forever, if the Dr is running behind, until you ask what's going on before you get an answer. Check in frequently or you'll be ignored.
