Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome.

Dr. Lee is awesome, took his time with me, was very thorough and answered every question patiently. This Doc was a good find for my health needs.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
