They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't have too long of a wait (20 mnutes). Dr. Ravilochan was very friendly and gave me plenty of time to go over my condition and concerns. He asked plenty of questions and I felt like a patient, not a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Ravilochan.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
