I waited for two months for this appointment, Ive been having migranes and my primary wanted me to see a specialist. So the time came for my appointment, I was called to confirm on Friday, then Monday the day before, less than 24 hours I get a message on my machine saying that my appointment is canceled the office will be closed. I call back, come to find out the "president" of the group decided they needed to focus on "clinicals" and so they were canceling patients. Next available would be in TWO MONTHS. This is rediculous, the customer service here is sorely lacking! I recomend looking elsewhere to find professional service. I did!

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great
