They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.The front desk staff seemed to have bad attitudes at times.When you have a appointment,Be sure not to make any other plans for that day,You will be there waiting for quite a long time! very overbooked with appointments and sceduling,Noone wants to sit three hours for appt. I was very satisfied with my visit. the person who cared for me was very careing and helpful. understood my pain,and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. parking is horrible for persons in pain.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. i am only changing due to moveing to a new state. I had long waits in the front, staff was ok, not overly friendly, very very busy

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Dr. Koons has help me a great deal with my addicton
