They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
