My visit with her was a complete waste of time. She is not thorough, did not take a history, rushed through the visit, and acted as if I was slowing her down. She stood impatiently while I tried to ask some basic questions. She presented no thoughts on what the different conditions might be affecting my voice. Furthermore, I ended up with a bill of around $1000 for a new patient visit that lasted no more than about 19 minutes. It seemed like the main focus was on keeping her on time and not letting good and thorough medical care and evaluation get in the way of that. I will not be going back and am angry with this cursory evaluation. It made me feel like my time is not important and that nothing gets in the way of her schedule.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
