Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. The office was easy enough to find. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
