I went to this provider and the front office staff are rude, inadequate and incompetent. I have a hypenated name and they created two files. After doing this, his staff still continued to make mistakes. They didn't file an online referral to my specialist and it's costing me 1400. My advice if you go there is to follow up.

I didn't have to wait but a minute or 2 after signing in. They called me right back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I found a parking spot right away, close to the entrance.

I have been a patient with Dr. Flanigan for many years. He has always gone above and beyond with explaining my medical conditions, medications, and concerns. I was even able to get my daughter and son-in-law to switch to him. The ladies at the front desk have been nothing but friendly and professional each and every time. I have also NEVER been on hold more that a couple of minutes and have always been seen I on the day I requested. I will continue to see Dr. Flanigan for all of my medical needs first.
