I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Mark obviously makes an effort maintain a very professional appearance and office. He has a very professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. He has never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and takes every concern of mine very seriously. He is friendly, welcoming, warm and professional. He makes the whole experience that much better.
