Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
