The staff never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. I barely spent any time in the waiting room. Dr. Giorgianni is an expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care.
