They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr. Block removed a cancerous tumor from my face, he was able to successfully remove the main part of the tumor and he did such a great job sewing me back up that you can barely see the scar. Dr. Block knows what he's doing.

The waiting period before being called in to the examining room seemed a normal length of time however, after the length of time before the Dr came into my room was too long. As well I was there a total of 2 hours. The Dr seemed to hop from patient to patient before finishing a visit with one. I saw him go to at least 3 rooms to see patients and talk on the phone before he came back to finish my visit. Poor management of time made me late returning to work. I can not take so much time off for one Dr visit.

They were explained, but not thoroughly

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was this provider's office too cold?
Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
