Staff was rude and unresponsive. Never once returned a call. They gave me appointment, then said I could no longer have that appointment with no explanation. Doctor's referred me out to the wrong type of specialist and refused to speak on the phone about their referral.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I couldn't believe how difficult it was to reach them in an emergency. I ended up having to go into the emergency room because I couldn't get a hold of them. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Up until I had a simple open and shut case, things were great. Now that things are happening they can't figure out, they want to throw up their hands, send me home and hope things worth themselves out.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Surgery results were poor, surgical notes were unable to be used to follow-on doctors. Saw three doctors following to get additionial work (due to his poor performace) and all three doctors were agast at the poor quality/shoddiness of work.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I only spent a couple of minutes in their waiting room, and the has wonderful art work! I am very happy with the office staff and Dr Hyde is great.
