Did they follow up with you after your appointment?

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Does this provider always put the customer first?

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
