Their staff was very compassionate and respectful. They made my entire experience even better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I wish they had taken a little more time to listen to my input and concerns. They tried to listen to me a couple of times, but most of the time they just interrupted me or cut me off. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
