I made my appiontment with Dr. Palmer for my first surgery in my life (at 42 years of age). I was pretty nervous. Dr. Palmer was wonderful. Explained things in the perfect detail - not too much not too little. He took PLENTY of time with me and was SO KIND!!! The surgery went well and I am all recovered and scheduling my next with him. The notable thing I want to say is: At first I was a little irritated that the waiting room was always so busy and it seemed like they overbooked. I thought this until Dr. Palmer was assigned to my dad who has cancer. Dr. Palmer also takes extra time with my dad and has scheduled an emergency surgery for him at 9pm. This was after an already very full day of surgeries. So, now I know that if I have to wait a little for Dr. Palmer, he is likely helping someone in great need and I will be happy to wait or reschedule. Our area needs more Dr. Palmers and we are VERY LUCKY to have him.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I've been telling everyone I know how great Michael Palmer, MD is. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
