As an alcoholic himself, he will teach the AA way, and only the AA way. I told him I wasn't comfortable believing in God yet, so he told me he wasn't comfortable having me as a patient who didn't at least have a higher power. I felt abandoned. I had to listen to him tell me about his accomplishments in medical school OVER and OVER, only to have him listen to my story and tell me I would be lost without a higher power. Thanks "DR." Murphy.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was not assured by his advice. It was more of a medication pushing rush appointment for my child. I did not feel reassured only told to keep coming back. I still wasn't very comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I
