I felt very comfortable and had no problem at all talking with Dr Guzman. He can be very blunt at times but that is what worked for me, there was no need to beat around the bush.

I filed a complaint with the medical board with this doctor. I will not go into the details, but this is not a safe person for female patients.

Definitely! They made an extra effort to make me feel special

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. They're one of the most unreliable people I've ever met. They always cancel my appointment the day before it's scheduled, it's so annoying. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
