It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. During my appointment, I knew that I always had his full attention. He listened to everything I said without interrupting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when he told me about what he learned at the latest conference he attended, and how it applied. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their work and appearance. I spent less then fifteen minutes waiting for my appointment. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment, and he was very accomodating to my busy schedule. He is absolutely the best. And months after we last spoke, he sent me an email, to touch base and ask how I was doing. I appreciated his considerate nature.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
