The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
