Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
They asked a few questions to get to know me better, but they drew their conclusion too quickly if you ask me.
Did the waiting room smell clean?
Somewhat
Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Since I started visiting them, I'm better than I've been in years. They are very talented and have been able to help me recover more quickly than I would have been able to anywhere else. I was amazed by how professional and friendly their staff was. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. Dr Dixon is a Doctor that should be cloned; he is the best Doctor I've ever seen before in my entire life. I would recommend him to everyone who has a need for his expertise.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Loved Gus Dixon. He helped me with over 25 years of chronic insomnia. Had I been given care like that which he extended to me when I was younger I may have had a very different life. I paid him a very reasonable amount of cash for my appointments, because I had no insurance coverage for mental health care. It was totally worth it and my few visits with him were a pleasure. He is the business, as far as I am concerned.
