They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The only reason I was able to find their office was because I had very simple, clear directions that I printed out. There's no way I would have found it without them. Whenever I've waited in waiting rooms, the magazine selection the have usually makes the time go by faster, but not here. They had less than five magazines all of which were boring and outdated.
