On my last visit there I asked the receptionist if the doctor was running on time. I have had to wait a long time in the past and had another appointment on this day. I also had an experience there when I was waiting with my 1 year old child when they mistakenly took someone before me who had arrived after me. The receptionist said I was next. After 20 minutes the doctor came in a called someone else. I stood up and said "I think I'm next". The doctor rudely said "Sit down, I'm running late." The receptionist looked embarrassed and could not explain what happened. Iwill never go there again!
