They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They pick who they want to greet when people walk in. Dr. Malhis is great it's just the front staff that are rude & sometimes customer service when trying to make an appointment.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
