Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

While Dr Sissto did a GREAT JOB surgically repairing my shattered ankle he showed up over 3 hours late for both of my surgeries, without any explaination to me or to the hospital. This caused me a great deal of unnecessary additional pain & suffering.

GREAT SURGEON, terribel bedside manner. I'd still go to him if I ever need an orthopedic surgeon.
