They over-book appointments and the average wait is about 45 min to an hour. Meanwhile, the staff just walks around behind the desk joking and goofing around and they get really annoyed if you approach them with any questions or concerns. There's a girl there with dyed blonde hair and tattoos all over her arms and fingers. She is absolutely THE WORST!!! And the xray tech, a hispanic guy is just as bad. They never return phone calls for prescription refills and they have to be "reminded" several times to call prescription refills in to your pharmacy. Doctor Sisto doesn't seem to give a damn about how his staff treats his patients. He has a decent enough client base so for him, it's a kind of, "If it aint broke, don't fix it" attitude. Bottom line is, if you're in pain and in serious need of good care, think real hard about going to this office, you will get the shit kicked outta you emotionally by his staff. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen in 50 years.They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

Dr. Sisto has been a wonderful physician for me, and has been able to quickly diagnose problems that leave other practitioners befuddled. He is absolutely the best in terms of shoulders.I have yet to ask him for help with any other body parts in this office. He takes every complaint very seriously and strives to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. He makes an extra effort to get to know his patients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and make me feel very important.

The office was easy enough to find. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
