Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I appreciated that Dr. Lane was willing to re-evaluate my rotator cuff surgery that had been done by another surgeon (Dr. A), after the other surgeon refused to do an MRI after I was having problems 8 months after the procedure. The MRI proved the first surgery had not worked...something Dr. A would never allow to be discovered. Long wait times in the waiting room.
