Every time I go to see Dr. Matan he made me wait. I am disabled and on Medical. One time I waited 4 hours. I was there for a 3:30 appointment and he saw me at 8pm. He never looks me in the eye or even care about what I had to say. This last time that I went to see him again I waited 2 hours until he was done with all his other patients that came after me. I finally stopped and asked him a question. I said I have a question: are you late with all your patients or is it just me? At this point he stopped and told me to get out and that he was not going to see me anymore. I was surprised because I had never questioned him before. He never listened to any of my questions and never had time. And now he just threw a disabled person out of his office. This is abandonment. I was crying all night and felt terrible. I am disabled and injured, in need of a knee operation and a lot of pain and now I have to start this process all over again. He is arrogant, Machiavellian, rude and hostile. He truly hurt me. I will never recommend him to anyone. Mr. Matan does not have the manner or the aura befitting of a doctor. A true doctor is a healer and earns their patients respect. His mannerism is better fitting of the military than medical practice.
