My mother has had to see him twice now for a Worker's comp case, and both times he has touched her inappropriately. This last time he felt up her thigh under her hospital gown, told her stories about one of his co-workers, Alexandra, who he started having sex with when she was underage, and also told her that his last secretary, Diane, sued him for sexual harassment and won $200,000. This man is an absolute creep and it is deplorable that he is still licensed. We've spoken to other patients and lawyers and apparently he is well known for this kind of behavior. If a woman you care about is forced to see him, please be sure you are in the room at the time

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
