This doctor insisted on a diagnosis that was contrary to the symptoms I was feeling and, ultimately, what the MRI showed. He was contrite and didn't seem to want to spend the time hearing my input, as he was pre-disposed to his own diagnosis. Did not relieve any of the symptoms and I ultimately went to another doctor for treatment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and this physician's PA appears more knowlegeable and sympathetic than the doctor himself.
