Dr. Bliss did a toe surgery on me about 5 years ago - since then I've had another surgery to correct what Dr. Bliss originally did. I don't believe he should be now operating. He was not current on pain methods and ruined by foot. I am deeply sorry I used him.

I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
