he is terrible I went for evaluation the report took even months to turn in because he went to isreal on vacation he mixed my report with someone elzs

This office is a Human Processing Plant for Work Comp injured employees. The first "exam". I was being seen for my left shouldet and left hip, i was placed on a gurney in a corner so that my head and entire left side were against the wall. I asked Berman if he wanted me to turn around on the table so thst he could pergorm a better exam and Berman stated that he was OK. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO AN APPROPRIATE AND THOROUGH EXAM ON MT LEFT SHOULDER AND LEFT HIP WHILE MY LEFT SIDE WAS TOUCHING THE EALL I WAS LAYING AGAINST. Berman leaned over mt body and lifted up my extremities, he was not able to do full ROM or check for impingement , crepitus, or strength, etc. 4.5 hour office visit for a 12 min " exam" at best. Depositions for this MD are scheduled at the same time as pt appts. Outrageous! I have been to this "office" x 2, and depos were scheduled at the same time as my appt. This last time, 3patients had been waiting in a standing room only waiting room for 1.5 hours that were waiting for Berman ( not the other MD on office) kids were running all around office, toys all over the floor ( I am disabled) and these obstructions made it difficult for me to get to the front counter. It took 11.5 months to get the narrative report from Berman. I believe this M D has a conflict of interest with my employers defense team, and I should have never been sent to this quack. This MD is a " hired gun" in my opinion.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
