I lived in Mid Wilshire and was sent to his Glendale office instead of the Beverly Hills by accident in early October 2012. No problem. WRONG. I call the next day down Beverly Hills to set an appt. and they say nope, it takes 4-6 weeks to transfer a file from office to office. 4-6 weeks from Glendale to Beverly Hills,...WTF. I immediately call out Glendale and tell them I will just drive. Too late, they already started the process. About a month later they get me into Beverly Hills and Dr. Tauber starts by saying he will not see me until I get an MRI. See you in four more weeks. MRI shows broken bones in foot as well as ligament damage. It is hurting, I can't walk without pain and when I go back in December I am wanting surgery just to get on with my life. After a 2 minute office visit he tells me he wants me to come back in a month. Sends me for different rehab and orders an ultra sound on my foot and ankle. This is where it gets good and compelled me to post. I go to the desk after my appt with the rehab and ultra sound order. I ask about the ultra sound. They say they will contact me and blow me off. Dr Tauber gave me the prescription and information for the rehab center. This was December 16th with my having an appt with Tauber on January 16th. I call the rehab center after Christmas and they said that Dr Taubers office had to fax in the order. I call Taubers and mention it and they said they would take care of it. Next day order still was not faxed then have to wait until after Jan. 1st.. After the first I call Taubers again, they said they would fax it again telling me to wait an hour to call the rehab center. It is afternoon so I call the rehab center the next morning and they still did not get the fax. They personally called Taubers and that was the last I heard about that. Never got into the rehab center. I have found my own and go today. The ultra sound. I show up for my 10:30am appt. at 10:33am and sign in for 10:35 to round it off. I sat there in the waiting room until 11:50 without a word being said to me. At 11:25 I had to move vehicle and when I tell them I am coming right back the girl at the desk gives me the dumbest look and says "but your next". I look around, laugh and point out that I am the only one there so how could I not be.?. I take the 5 min to move my vehicle, come up and wait until 11:50 and walk out. Nobody at the desk. Not a word said to me and not a call from them since then. I have an appt. coming up on the 29th. If they do not call I will call Monday and cancel. They call I will point out this review to them and if they have a voicemail system I am going to point it out to them. I read the reviews prior to posting this, and this is not too far off base. Makes it obvious this is not a patient thing, this a Dr. Tauber office thing. I'm just saying...
