One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. they need to think more about the people who really need help not just the money
