I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful. I like that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
