I chose Dr. Chang mainly because she can speak Mandarin and have been seeing her for few years until after I had my first baby, then I stopped going there. I have no doubt Dr. Chang is an experienced doctor. But I was hoping Dr. Chang would be one of those nice and sincere doctors who really care for their patient. I remembered my experience was always LONG wait, even though you are there 10-15 mins early and you can still wait up to 45 mins sometime. And then once you thought finally it’s your turn for the appointment and Dr. Chang going in-and-out pretty quick. When you prepared questions to ask Dr. Chang, she has a look that you are wasting her time and she always quickly answer it and storm out for other appointment. I couldn’t connect with her and built the dream doctor/patient relationship that I had in mind. I understand doctors can be busy but we patient also pay them too! All I was wishing for the Dr. Chang spent little more time and made her patient feel that she does care and want to help and makes them feel she is there for them.
Beside Dr. Chang, the office was outdated and the ultrasound machine felt like was from 1980’s. So I hope by now they renovate the office and update some of medical machines.

Only positive thing was their staff is friendly and professional.
