One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. William Vogelpohl, MD was very thorough and informative. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
