Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at or very close to my scheduled time. I love Dr Sternfeld but sometimes his staff seems indifferent to me because I am not there for prenatal/maternity services.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
