Dr. Phelan is the most compassionate doctor, and when I had to deliver my daughter at another hospital because she was premature, he called me every day to check on me. He takes time for his patients, and there is no doubt that he cares a lot. He makes his patients feel very comfortable at every visit. It is easy to schedule appointments when necessary, and the medical assistants know every patient by name. I recommend Dr. Phelan to anyone, and when anyone asks me about my doctor my answer is "I have the BEST doctor" I have seen other OB/GYNs at friends' deliveries of their babies, and none compare. When I had to be moved to Mercy San Juan, the doctors were fine, but my constant though was, Dr. Phelan is better".

Dr. Phelan is is very professional & empathetic doctor. I was never pressured into using a specific type of contraception. He provided a plethora of options & told me about the pros and cons. He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. It's a wonderful facility & the staff are very courteous. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
