They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
