They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
