I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Best doctor in Palm Springs or California for that matter

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
