I've only been to this office once, so far. It takes about a month to get an appointment. I waited for an hour and a half before I was seen, and my appointment time was for 8am, when they first opened. I thought the main receptionist was rude. The doctor really didn't talk much, so considering I'm already very nervous about my medical problems, I didn't feel comforted in any type of way. The only pluses I could say is that my doctor didn't hesitate to run all the tests that needed to be done. And the office is very beautiful and well taken care of.

I have been in pain in both hands for 15 days ,when he stimulated my nerves with the needles and he was finish he said. you can go now and i ask him what were my results and he said i do not no they need to check the numbers hi never game results. I'm still in pain, my left hand is getting weak i can hold anything and my right is almost the same. I call my primary dr office and i was told that they didn,t have the results i'm still waiting for what dr. is suppose to give me results . He wasn't very nice hi didn,t ask me were my pain was located when he was doing the test all he said is going to hurt

I was terrified to go to this doctor after reading some of the reviews online but didn't have a choice. Not too surprise but still very disappointed on not only the doctor but also the clinic staff.

My mother has Parkinson, On 7/15, I made phone called for an appointment, Jennifer gave me first appointment on 7/29 after I explained how impendency my mother was, well, accepted or not!!! . On 7/29, Dr. was ok, just didn’t like to listen to what patient need to ask, but we still respected him and took medicine base on his prescription, first was ok until 8/12, my mother vomited for whole day and had diarrhea, due to my mother has Parkinson for 4 yrs, we learned from past and knew that was side effect from medicine and we understood ER won’t give any help on that(we went to ER before), we need to know what’s the dosage and new schedule for taking medicine. So I wait until 8/13, same circumstance, then i call Dr. office at 10:35AM, no one answer, I called again at 11:35AM, Jennifer picked up phone call and took my message, i wait until 04:25PM(clinic closed at 5pm), still nobody return my call, but my mother was very weak due to medicine side effect, so I call them again, still Jennifer, she said doctor won’t listen to message until the end of the day, but how about my mother??? Jennifer suggested us went ER, but I told her this is medicine side effect, there’s nothing ER can do for us. Jennifer said: if you don’t feel good, just STOP taking medicine. I raised my voice and told her I read prescription information page -- this medicine can’t miss a dose and CAN’T be stop, if anything happened, will you Jennifer take any responsibility? Jennifer just simply said, she want to hang up my call cause I yelled to her, YES, I yelled for my be loved, anything wrong? Next day, Jennifer call us (NOT the Dr.), they will referral us to other Dr.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though.They didn't let me go into the treatment room with my loved one, who has Alzheimer's -- what kind of treatment is that?! Every time we go the waiting room is so overcrowded that it's hot and nauseating. We wait 3-4 hours EACH TIME beyond on our scheduled appt. before we are finally seen. Dr. Boutros did not fix or improve my loved one's health issue.
